§ 114.99. PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Minors found in unlawful possession of, or who unlawfully purchase or attempt to purchase tobacco, tobacco products, tobacco related devices, or nicotine delivery devices, shall be subjected to community service with hours to be determined at the time of violation.
