§ 91.02. NOTICE OF DEFECTS OF STREETS PRIOR TO INJURY OR DAMAGE.

The City of Wells, Minnesota, shall be absolutely exempt from liability to any person for damages or injuries suffered or sustained by reason of defective streets within the city unless actual notice in writing of the defects in the streets shall have been filed with the City Administrator-Clerk-Treasurer at least 10 days before the occurrence of the injury or damage on account of the defects, and in all cases the notice shall describe with particularity the place and nature of the defects of which complaint is made.
